Auditing Reports

Auditing Reports are available within the console to run immediately or to schedule on a frequency desired by the user.

Important Information

These reports are 'built-in' and cannot be deleted; however, you are able to mark your favorite reports as 'favorite', which will always appear at the top of your reports list.

When reports are scheduled, they can be emailed into several formats including: Adobe PDF

Microsoft Excel File

Comma-Separated Values File

HTML5 File

JSON File

A user with Reporting permissions

Hint

Some reports also offer the 'Custom Header' option, in case a custom statement is required at the top of the report. Report logos will show Syxsense by default; however, this can be changed in Custom Settings.

Audit Log

The Syxsense Audit Log provides an extensive list of all actions performed within the Syxsense console.

Using 'Show all Actions' and 'Show all Users' together could take a few minutes to complete.

Remote Control History

List of remote control activity by any user within a specified date range.

Device Archive and Delete History

List of devices deleted or achieved by any user within a specified date range.

❶	Expand 'All Reports' > Click 'Auditing' > Click 'Audit Log'Drop-down TitleDrop-down Title
❷	For Action Type click 'Task Create'
❸	For User Name click 'SBONDAR'
❹	You can also configure the report to show all actions by checking the corresponding box Using 'Show all Actions' and 'Show all Users' together could take a few minutes to complete.
❺	For Date Range enter today's date
❻	You may select to show only changes that were made from the time of the previous report creation
❼	You can also add a Custom Header which will be shown on top of the report if needed
❽	Click button. The generated report will provide an alphabetically-ordered list of devices.
