Syxsense integration is designed to make it simple for ServiceNow helpdesk technicians to understand, modify and run repair operations on devices directly from ServiceNow.
This instant remediation dramatically reduces the time to ticket resolution.

- Cortex Workflows: Workflows make it possible to control any combination of complex IT tasks including updating the registry, deploying multiple software packages, killing a service on a device. For complete details on all the capabilities of Cortex, refer to the Syxsense Cortex section of this guide. Any workflow written in Syxsense can be made available to the drop down in ServiceNow for execution.

Syxsense Health |
Provides information on the patch and security state of the device: Does it need patches? Are there outstanding security issues. Health returns as Critical, High, Medium, Low or OK. To deploy patches or remediate a security vulnerability you may run a Cortex Workflow with patch deploy directly to that device. |
