Navigating the Interface

Syxsense is a cloud-hosted solution, that requires neither installation of any kind, nor special browser plugins to work. It functions best on Google Chrome on any endpoint, be it a PC or mobile device.

The navigation interface is super simple, and it allows you to design workflows with a no-code drag-n-drop interface in minutes. As Syxsense shows the freshest data about what happens in the environment in real-time, it doesn't require a refresh feature. Any tabs can be closed and reopened.

The console is totally safe as it has multifactor authentication. To make authentication as easy as possible, Syxsense can be integrated into a single sign-on.

The main features of the software are placed on the left side of the console window. When you click on one of the main features, the list of sub-items is opened to the right.

In the console, you may configure the column set of every spreadsheet selecting the information you want to see. To do that, you have to click the three points in the upper right corner of the spreadsheet window. You can also save the spreadsheet with the configured column set locally.

Note that some actions, like a task creation, need to be saved, while others, like data deletion or archiving, need confirmation to be processed.

	Minimize the navigation bar to the side by icons only or maximize to show the labels.
Add Device	Choose your installer from any of the available agent downloads. For more information visit Implementation and Discovery.
Quick Actions	Navigate to Tasks, Computer Management, Patch Management, Upload Installer Files with ease or Create a Cortex Workflow.
Home	The home screen contains several graphs of data from Top Required Patches to Recently Discovered devices. The home screen is not configurable.
Devices	This is your primary device view where your devices can be organized by Site, or placed into custom Groups. For more information check the Devices section.
Users	Add or edit users. More information in Creating User Accounts.
Map (Secure)	Visualize your environment with Gateway or Site network maps. More information in Network Map.
Tasks	Create or find your tasks in the Tasks List. All Tasks are grouped by topic.
Vulnerabilities (Secure)	This is the primary blade to view and organize vulnerability definitions as well as patch content. More information in Vulnerabilities.
Patch Manager (Manage)	This is the primary blade to view and organize patch definitions. More information can be found in Vulnerabilities.
Maintenance Windows	Maintenance Windows are highly customizable schedules that you can assign to any task.
Reports	Visual Reports provided by Syxsense and organized by type.
Cortex	Syxsense Cortex is a drag-and-drop interface for the intelligent automation of the IT and security workflows with complex logic which can save you a bunch of time.
Applications	Create distributional software packages which can be deployed across your environment. More information in Software.
Feature Updates	Add your latest Windows 10 Servicing ISO to upgrade devices to the newest versions with Feature Updates.
Office 365	Import Office 365 configurations from Microsoft and deploy the software to your devices.
Subscriptions	Extend your license subscription or modify your payment details. More information in Subscriptions and Licensing.
Console Security	Add or edit users as well as assign granular permissions. Visit Console Security page for more information.
Mobile Management	Enroll, configure, manage and secure mobile devices (company-owned or BYOD). Visit Mobile Management page for more information.
Zero Trust	Perform a variety of device oriented posture checks with Zero Trust tools.
