Console Security
User Accounts are what your colleagues use to enter the Syxsense console. It is recommended to protect all user accounts with two-factor authentication, as well as enable other global and individual security settings to provide top-level protection.
When creating new user accounts, the best practice is to assign them security context at once.
Security Contexts are unique combinations of 1 Role (what you can do) and 1 Scope (which devices you can access). Any user may have multiple Security Contexts and toggle between different views (or customers for MSPs) in the upper right corner of the console. You do not have to log in and out.

Global Settings allow you to provide top-level security for all the endpoints in your corporate network.
Two-Factor Authentication is optional. However, it's strongly recommended for improved security.
