In this section, you can find all the information about general device information, device inventory and how to use it for your purposes, and various device tools which will facilitate your work with devices and enhance your control over them.

- Understand the individual device overview from inventory details to the remote tools with Device Detail Overview.
- Find out which patches are necessary per device with Device Health (Patches). In this section, you can check out the most critical patches, find out which patches were not scanned, which ones are not detected in your system after the scanning process, and which were already deployed.
- In the Security section, you can check out which vulnerabilities are detected in your corporate network, which are not, and for which the system has not yet been scanned.
- In the Reports section, you can preview different reports, schedule them to be sent to you via email regularly or view the history of a particular report scheduling.
- The Device Timeline provides an easy, chronological view of the device changes.
- The Tasks section allows you to create different tasks, stop and delete them, as well as create summary reports on these tasks' results.
- View all of the Inventory attributes brought back from each device.

Run any of the available remote tools:
- Device Config: Set site locks and enable/disable End User Access features.
- Team Viewer: Initiates remote-control session via the TeamViewer app.
- File Browser: Silently browse the file structure of the device selected.
- Device Quarantine: Instantly quarantine a device from its local network as well as limited Internet access.
- Syxsense Secure allows you to view the devices in the console in a pictorial form with a Network Map.
- Ping: Port scan the device.
- Event Viewer: View any of the standard Windows event logs.
- Process Viewer: Silently view and control the running processes and services, send silent command line.
- Linux Scanner:Task automation tool with a command-line shell.
- WMI Explorer: Advanced. Send custom WMI queries and view the returned results.
- Remote Registry: Advanced. When you reinstall software packages, you may want to use a remote registry to check if all the components from the previous package are removed.
- PowerShell: Advanced. Remote PowerShell terminal with returned response.
- BitLocker Info: View the collected information about BitLocker state on the device, check the 48-digit recovery key that you'll need to unlock your device.
- Log Viewer: Advanced. View the remote device's Syxsense logs.
- Console - Terminal interface designed to execute both PowerShell and command prompts directly on any managed device. This tool facilitates the swift and efficient completion of complex tasks on managed devices. From this interface, users can execute all the standard commands available on the Terminal of their device.
